What location should we choose for our session ?

We are on location photographers who use beautiful Florida landscapes to set the scene for our photos. We ask our clients to envision the end result of their portraits and we try to match that vision to a location. Below are some locations that we have found to be great for taking portraits. While we certainly have our favorites, we are not limited to these locations, if you have a specific venue in mind that is not listed below, please contact us.

FORT DESOTO PARK

White sand beaches covered in sea shells, historic fort , long pier and tall grass with palm tress makes this our absolute favorite location for variety.

LETTUCE LAKE PARK

Deep forrest greenery, wooden walking trails and open fields.

HILLSBOROUGH RIVER ST. PARK

Lush walking trails, hills and creek beds. Open fields of tall grass.

JOHN CHESTNUT PARK

earthy up north woods vibe with water views and nature trails

USF BOTANICAL GARDENS

Diverse greenery , trees and cactus complete with a orchid area, and operational greenhouse. This place is an absolute Gem , however it does require a small entrance fee to the gardens.

COVINGTON FARMS

75 rollig acres full of hay fields, this location is a private wedding venue that has many different areas for photos. The lakeside peninsila has more of a grassy marsh look, there is a vintage pick up truck and horses on the property as well. This is one of the few locations that we use that does require a venue fee, but rest assured its completely worth it. This farm has the most beautiful white washed barn and its our favorite place to capture a colorful sunset.

HERITIGE VILLAGE

Historical location with log cabins , old school houses and barns . Has a vintage old timey feel to it. connects to florida botanical gardens making it a diverse location.

YBOR CITY

Red brick , city lights and trolly cars make this historic location one that feels very "Tampa". brick alleways and graffitti add an artistic flare to this location that sets it appart . True Old Tampa

HYDE PARK VILLAGE

Clean upscale urban asesthetic , trendy vibe . This spot is a bit city with a boutique feel. There are many shops and lights to use as interesting lighting elments and beautiful homes nearby that make stunning city life portraits. The water fountain is one of our favorite spots there. This location decorates for the Holidays

DOWNTOWN ST. PETE

Colorful & bright murals by local artists , cool alleyways make for a great urban spot that has a trendy feel to it.

PHILIPPE PARK

Waterfront park with lush tunnels of trees, open fields and beach-like areas .

UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA

Historic brick bulidng with beautiful archture , park benches , downtown view and a park with greenery. This location is historic and has two water fountains . Great for family photos , headshots and bridal portraits.

Should we bring props to the session ?

How many people can be part of the session?

While we know all the family will want to be there , our family sessions are best suited for the nuclear family ( that's anyone you sit down to dinner with every night) . We do offer extended family sessions for the uncles, cousins and grands. These sessions require more time out on location and therefor have a higher cost as we are working with more people in the session. We love to photograph entire families, so don't hesitate to reach out to us about our pricing.

How do I order prints & wall art ?

Once your gallery has been edited it will be sent back to you with the option to purchase products from our store. What that means is that we have created a custom shop with all of your favorite images from the session. You will be able to pick and choose the type of prints and products you would like to purchase from your session. We are so proud to offer exceptionally high quality prints for a super affordable price. The best part is you can share this gallery with family and everyone's orders are sent directly to their front door ( thank you technology!).We want to make it easy for you to print your images , enjoy them and fill your home with beautiful memories. Let us know if you have questions about the shop.

What if we have to reschedule?

We get it , life gets crazy . Kids don't always have good days and mother nature sometimes does what she wants. If The weather doesn't permit us to successfully have your shoot we will make the call to reschedule for no rescheduling fee. If you have to reschedule your session , we understand (life happens) . If notifying us 2 days before the session we can postpone your session for another date. If you need to reschedule your session LESS than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time we do charge a cancellation fee of $50. No hard feelings , we've all been there before.

Do you offer Mini Sessions?

We do ! Mini sessions are a great way to get a sample of what it's like to work with us. we offer mini sessions annually during the holiday season and booking always fills up fast.

Should I Get Professional Hair & Makeup?

Although we are sure you are naturally beautiful , if you want to get dolled up by all means ! Professional hair and makeup always photographs flawlessly and can be a great confidence boost right before taking pictures. We work with several talented makeup artists and are happy to connect you with them so you can glam up for your session.
